What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email address, business details and anything you write when you email us or book a call. Our website does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
Website statistics
We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or collect personal data. Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, page, time) for security.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, deliver the work and send invoices. The legal bases are your request and our contract with you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), and our legal duty to keep invoices (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Who sees it
Only us and the services we use to run the business: our email and calendar provider, Cloudflare (website hosting network), Stripe (payments) and our accountant. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to work: up to 12 months. Client records and invoices: as long as Polish tax law requires (currently 5 years after the end of the tax year).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO, uodo.gov.pl) or the authority in your country.
